What a fun weekend for the lost flamingo theater company! This weekend was many OU students and alumni favorite part of the semster, it was homecoming weekend. A weekend filled with laughter, pride, and so much bobcat spirit.
We participated in homecoming by being in the homecoming parade. Our weekend began with a painting party to make all the signs and banner for us to walk with in the parade. Many of the signs represented LFC and our shows for the semester as well as showing our bobcat pride.
The next morning some of our flamingos got up early and flocked together to be in the parade. We cheered and rallied together through court street.
Then on Sunday we got to do our very first build days for the semester. Jack Sully held the first props build day where they began making props for our shows this semster. After that Don Love had his build day where they built a platform for Rocky Horror.
Our shows are coming together be sure to look out for our show check in blogs coming soon!
